Each customized facial begins with Steam, Cleanse, Exfoliation, Extractions, High Frequency Treatment, Masks, Face Massage, Shoulder and Neck Massage, Toners, Serums, Moisturizer, SPF, Eye Cream and Lip Cream.

Preparations for your upcoming facial services

  • DO NOT use any active acids (Glycolic, Lactic, Mandelic, Malic, Tartaric, Salicylic) or Retinol, Vitamin A products 3-5 days prior or after.

  • DO NOT get facial waxing 3 days prior or after.

  • BOTOX: Botox is fine 3 days before or after your facial.

  • Collagen Fillers: Fillers must be administered 2 weeks before or as instructed by physician prior to your facial.

  • Refrain from laser hair removal on treated area 2 weeks prior or after.

  • Pregnant: If you are more than 20 weeks pregnant, you must receive consent from your doctor stating that it is all right to lay on your back for 50-80 minutes for your service.

  • Cold/Sick: If you have a cold or fever, please reschedule for a later day.

  • Cold Sores: Having an active cold sore or open lesion on the skin is not recommended for a facial and your service may need to be rescheduled.

  • Men: Facial hair is ok. Do not shave the day of or the day before your facial.
