Booking

All clients are required to pay a 50% nonrefundable deposit at time of booking and understand that under no circumstances will this be returned.

Rescheduling & Cancelations

24 hours or more before your appointment

All clients must cancel or reschedule 24 hours prior to their appointment to avoid losing their 50% deposit.

Your deposit can only carry over ONCE when rescheduling your appointment and must be rebooked within 3 weeks of current availability. If rescheduling is not possible within 3 weeks, you must fully cancel and pay a new 50% nonrefundable deposit to rebook.

24 hours prior or same-day of your appointment

Rescheduling your appointment within 24 hours prior or day-of-service will forfeit your 50% deposit and you will need to pay another 50% nonrefundable deposit to rebook.

You are considered late at the 10 minute mark

If you must cancel or reschedule any appointment you must let us know, at the latest, by the 24hr mark to avoid losing your 50% deposit. Once it is at or past 24 hrs until your appointment, it is now considered a late cancel and the 50% deposit fee will apply. By doing this we are able to accommodate other guests who may be on the waiting list.

*If you cannot adhere to these policies that Moonlight Esthie has set, then your card will be automatically charged 50% of YOUR TOTAL SERVICES scheduled.

Same Day Cancelations

Same-day cancelations or showing up 20 minutes late is considered a "no-show" and you will be charged the FULL AMOUNT 100% of your service.

Communication

Please contact Moonlight Esthie via phone call if you are running late. If possible, you will only be given the remaining time of your scheduled service.

You will receive a confirmation email with full details on the service, address, etc. Providing accurate contact information is necessary for this to be sent.
